Austin Carden got the win, running his season record to 4-2. He allowed three runs over five innings. Carden struck out six, walked two and gave up 10 hits.
Shane Flynn ended up on the wrong side of the pitching decision, charged with his third loss of the year. He allowed nine runs in four innings, walked four and struck out two.
The Santa Fe Fuego hammered the Taos Blizzard pitching as seven hitters had a field day, combining for 21 hits, 23 RBIs and 22 runs scored.
